Common questions
What happens when I exceed Free limits?
New machines and checks are refused until you upgrade or remove one. Machines already registered keep streaming and nothing is deleted.
Are alerts on the Free plan?
No. Free is for watching; alert rules, incidents and email notifications are part of Pro.
Is there a usage cap on Pro?
25 machines, 50 containers and 25 host checks, plus 3 seats. Need more? Team is priced per machine: pick a fleet size from 10 to 500 and change it whenever you like.
How does Team pricing work?
You pay per machine, per month, in graduated bands: the first 25 machines at one rate, the next 75 cheaper, everything above that cheaper still. Containers, host checks and seats scale with it. Above 500 machines, email us.
Can I change my fleet size or switch monthly to annual?
Yes, anytime, from Settings › Billing. Adding machines or switching cycle is charged pro-rata right away; removing machines applies at the next renewal. Paddle handles the math.
Where is data stored?
EU. Encrypted at rest. Agent-to-server traffic is TLS.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes - within 14 days of any new charge, no questions.
Does the agent collect anything I don't expect?
No. The features page lists every metric. statsd ships with remote control on so you can restart containers from the dashboard; turn it off with statsd disable-control. In the Stats app, Remote is off until you enable it in Settings.
