Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
Pro and Team are flat-rate plans billed per account, monthly or annually. Your price doesn't change as you add more machines within your plan's limit.
What happens if I exceed my plan's machine limit?
New agents won't be able to connect until you free up a slot or upgrade your plan. Existing machines keep reporting normally.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated on your next invoice.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Team?
The Free tier lets you evaluate the platform with up to 10 machines. Contact us if you need an extended trial of Pro or Team features.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Team plans can also be invoiced annually.
